The Patum Festival
In 2005, UNESCO declared it a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. The festival consists of a series of "dances" performed by townspeople dressed as mystical and symbolical figures accompanied by a drum or a band.
The dances are marked by the use of fire and pyrotechnics.
