Andriana Mereuta is a Miami-based photographer. With prior education as an economist, a rewarding career in photography and as of late, her training as a mindfulness teacher, the common thread in all of them is her love for our shared humanity, fascination for beauty, and deep belief in living life with a sense of service for a greater good. Storytelling and portraiture are the ways through which she explores these threads in her work. Her current project focuses on Moldova’s national identity, her home country, exploring its different facets reflected in culture, folklore and daily life.
In 2020, she won the South Broward Cultural Consortium Award and her work on Moldova was exhibited at the NSU Art Museum in Fort Lauderdale.
