Flagpoles with flags of the EU countries in front of the Konrad Adenauer building in Rue Alcide De Gasperi in the European Quarter (Luxembourg) on the Kirchberg plateau. It houses the General Secretariat of the European Parliament. It is named after Konrad Adenauer, the first Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany from 1949 to 1963.
