My career has developed primarily in the field of documentary photography. I approach a specific topic with a sociological or anthropological base, seeking a narrative that aligns with my vision.
Topics related to nature have always intrigued me. I am passionate about recognizing the commonalities between humans and other species and their interdependence. Since 2014, I have been working on the links between humans and nature, seeking out vestiges of human collective forms that still live in close relationship with the natural environment. This led me to a six-year project with shepherds in the Pyrenees, formalized with the book and exhibition The Sacred and the Real.
My current project, Terra Vivit, builds on this same theme, spotlighting local tribes in diverse climates. I have completed a story in Romania and am currently working on a new one in Senegal.
I seamlessly blend my projects with commercial assignments and photojournalism. I also regularly lead photography workshops and have directed the online Master in Professional Photography at ESDESIGN, Barcelona.
