Joseph Muhumuza

Muhumuza Joseph mostly known as  Sagio Mhza & Mhza Photography is a Ugandan born passionate photographer . Since his high school times, he has always had always desired to look back at what  happened in his past. Realizing all this,  Mhza would only do this through taking photographs of the people who do what he used to do. Since then, Mhza has been taking photographs of everyday moments. "I have assembled these photos electronically in my gallery and what is found in my gallery are albums that make up every piece of my story and tell a bit about who I am, from my perspective.  So basically I take photographs that tell stories of moments happening in daily life".
Mhza is  a passionate self-taught photographer who has had an eye for photographs for over 7 years and at the moment, he has worked with different humanitarian NGO's. Vis; PLF. Imaginer Her, Elephante Commons. RFPJ, Care International, Join For water. Protos among others.
 
"The reason I choose Humanitarian & Documentary photography is because I am thrilled to do something that allows me to explore my art and creativity while documenting significant stories and moments that happen in daily life. Every day I learn something new about life and to me it is an honor to witness the emotions, the love, the peace, the happiness and sadness and hence turn these into life experiences and changing stories through photographs"
Mhza describes his  kind of photography as honest and sincere and in most of his  photography stories, Mhza always try's  to promote equity, human welfare and social reform.
