"WHENCE, TO WHERE" is an installation made of rusty pipes and joints. The pipes were purchased from recycling. junkyards, and had originally been used to transport water in Ahvaz's water supply network. Due to the high level of minerals in the water, the pipes became clogged over time, blocking water flow and reducing water pressure.
This structure creates two kinds of space: one inner and one outer. At first glance, we see a hollow mass of pipes and joints that lead the viewer towards the water tap inside the open structure. A constantly dripping water faucet draws a path on the ground as the water finds its way to the sewer...
