In education he has participated in workshops with photographers such as Christian Poveda of Agence Vu; Christopher Morris of VII, Carlos Cazalis and Jared Moosy as a student of the Foundry Photojournalism Workshop in Mexico City 2017.
Receive local grants in contests like German grants of journalism 2013 were receive an honor mention; selected in contest "Día a día" contest inside the VII edition of FotoGrafia Festival Internazionale Di Roma in 2008; in the same year receive an honor mention in colombian photo contest "Los trabajos y los días" in his 14th edition. In the 2014 collective exposition "Instagram Jam 2014" inside the Month of Photography, Los Angeles California. In 2014 receive a grant of the photo contest "Addiction" from the site with the essay "The new drug". In 2015 receive a third place in the category Propaganda of Picture of the Year Latinamerica.
