How to submit an entry.
Image size: Maximum 6,000px x 6,000px. Minimum 2,000px x 1,400px.
Accepted file type: .jpg .png .gif
Captions: Photo(s) must include proper and accurate caption information and include the 5-Ws (who, what, where, when and why) written in English and entered in the Description/Caption field of IPTC Info/File Info in Photo Mechanic/Photoshop without identifying the entrant, their publication and agency.
Information regarding the Single Photo and its significance/importance (Impact Statement) should be included in the Submission Statement when entered on Visura.
In the
Submission Statement (Story Text) of each entry, please provide the following information:
- Title of Work
- Publication Outlet (if published)
- Publication Date (if published)
- Creation Date (if unpublished)
- Photo Description
- Impact Statement
We ask photographers not to edit their entries after the submission deadline until the judging process is completed.
Additional Entry requirementEach entrant will be assigned with an entry code in the pop-up window after submission(s). Please make note of it.
