The majority of those part of the furry fandom believe the group as a whole gets a bad rap because of a small portion of the base that takes the fascination with anthropomorphism to a place many are uncomfortable with. Fetishes, sexual deviance, etc. However, the majority of furries prefer to spend them time surrrounded by others like them simply having a good time.
