Vidhyaa Chandramohan's "Mangroves: Meet the UAE's Carbon Guardian" was exhibited at Xposure International Photography.
She was awarded by His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Media Council, at this year's Xposure International Photography Festival (Feb 20-27).
Mangroves: The UAE’s Carbon Guardian 2022-(ongoing) is a project where Vidhyaa documents mangrove plantation efforts and highlights their ecological benefits. This project has received a grant award from National Geographic Society.

The work is exhibited at the Xposure International festival, where she has connected with the local community and shared the values and importance of mangroves.
