I am Stuart Yiga, a Ugandan male, aged 37 years old. I have been practicing journalism as a freelancer for the last ten years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Ethics and Development Studies (BAEDs) from Uganda Martyrs University-Nkozi, with a bias in photography especially those that highlight the plight of the voiceless and Peoples’ day today life, as well as covering the general news, but with much focus on crime and investigations fields.
I accomplished my Primary education at Najjembe Primary School, ‘O’ Level at Lugazi Progressive SS, in 2004 and 'A'Level, at Lugazi Progressive College School, Namengo Campus in 2006.
I have also undertaken several media training in both print and electronics.
Currently, I work as a reporter with The Vision Group; (Bukedde/Editorial) I formerly worked with Red Pepper Publication as a Crime and Investigations Reporter, as well as Radio One fm90.
