The exhumation of civil war victims in Villadangos del Paramo
Summary
The Association for the Recovery of Historical Memory conduct an exhumation inside the cemetery of Villadangos del Paramo (León).
Despite the opposition of some neighbors and the Mayor City, the Spanish organization could complete the task and found ten bodies out of seventy one that were buried in a mass grave during the civil war. Thanks to the researching work from the families of victims and the help from local people, they could figure out that the victims were buried in the cemetery but, unfortunately, those laying under holy ground couldn't be disinterred.
