At 128 Stefan Cel Mare in Chisinau there is Smokehouse restaurant that is a refugees distribution center since 5 weeks, thanks to the owners David Smith 34 years old (Fairfax VA, USA) and Vlad Syleanschi 35 years old (Chisinau, Moldova) and thanks to the help of Peace Corps aim business association funded by private American donation and Friend of Moldova (NGO).
