Open Call for Visual Storytellers to participate in the 2023 Visura Salon Virtual Series
This a unique opportunity for Visura Members to receive an invitation to participate in the 2023 Visura Salon Virtual Series, a series of online events dedicated to highlighting innovative and impactful forms of visual storytelling. Proposals include but are not limited to presenting a recently published visual story, film, book, or exhibition.
Photography, film, media technology, art, health, social-humanitarian, environmental, gender and racial justice, educational, visual or brand journalistic, and pop cultural ecosystems will be highlighted and explored in images, video, presentations, and talks.

Open only to individuals who are Visura Annual Members with a FREE, STANDARD, PLUS, PRIME, or GUILD annual membership, have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry, and DO NOT RESIDE WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees of Foto Visura Inc. and related parties are ineligible. Each entry consists of a profile entry form, a series of photographs, a summary, and a story statement related to the visual story.
The Open Call begins on Friday, December 2, 2022, at 11:00:00 a.m. US Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 11:59:00 p.m. EDT. One entry is allowed per person. This is a merit-based contest, and chance plays no part in the determination of winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and the skill of the entrant. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these official rules ("Official Rules"). By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the Official Rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules.
