Sam is a dishwasher at Rise and Shine Diner, on Westcott Street. Though he's been there for a while now, he never takes the manager position when he is offered it. He likes the freedom he gets from his position, but doesn't mind doling out some helpful advice to managers who may not have been around as long. Sam is laid back and polite.
