Summary
We never wanted to be here, but elections have consequences. After twenty-five years of documenting protest and our struggle to defend our freedoms, as I have marched, picketed, and continued to resist with American heroes on the front lines, I am utterly mystified that we have landed where we are today.
I am not alone in these feelings. On the streets, everyone feels like this. In Los Angeles, countless people are turning to each other, showing up to revive their spirits and rediscover their power. People are defiant and fearless. WE are NOT going to allow the American experiment to fail.
