I tried to channel Mark Powers as I captured the unglamorous Everesting "summit" - the parking lot for Mt Seymour Ski Resort located near the peak of Mt Dinky with all hope of vistas squashed by fog. The cyclists I followed rounded this mark 10 times on their Everesting effort. When I did it, I wish it had been as moody but instead I was crushed by the heat of a sunny day.
