Fisherman fishing in the Havana's bay a few hours before the impact of Rafael hurricane in the west part of Cuba on November 6, 2024. Despite official regulations prohibit fishing in the bay of Havana, it is possible to see a growing number of fishermen on rustic cork rafts fishing inside that area nowadays. Cuba is an archipelago, but the presence of fish meat and other seafood products is almost non-existent in the diet of the common Cuban citizen due to the high prices of these products.
