Two murals, ‘On the Wings of Change’, by local Chicago artist Jasmina Cazacu, which commemorates the Women’s Suffrage Movement, and another one by local artist Jacob Watts of a bubble gum blowing moose, decorate the walls of a parking lot on Wabash Avenue.
