Dairy goat kids eating hay in the barn of Blue Ledge Farm. After 8 weeks of milk and 2 weeks of weaning they will be solidly on grain, hay and water. All the milk of the farm’s over one hundred Alpine, LaMancha and Saanen cross dairy goats is processed on the farm into different varieties of goat’s milk cheese.
