Carmen "Karamelo", was an active member of the Chola community, she helped young people to stop addictions and improve their lives. on September 24 Carmen was assassinated by an armed commando. His family and friends demonstrated in the streets to demand justice for his death and to stop discrimination against the Chola community, no one in the state government came out to show their face.
