Quite 1000, all women, a little bit more then 10% of the total number of 9.300 starting people in the Maratona Dles Dolomites 2017. The 31st edition of one of the most beautiful "granfondo" in Italy, in the stunning landscapes of the dolomites, between Corvara, Arabba, Pordoi, Falzarego and Giau, some of the most beautifull dolomites passages. Three courses: 55, 106 and the terrible 136 kms. Some of them decided for the medium, or the longest, but they always smile, like most of women does. They are unknown or they have excellent names in sport: Dorothea Wierer (biathlon champion), Maria Canins, Manuela Moelgg. They ride their bicicles for sport, for passion, for training. The smiling and pretty winner of the longest route, in women category, is Erica Magnaldi: student, very near in graduating in medicine. Only 45 minutes more then the correspondent men category. They are all simply bike lovers, following the eccentrinc and dandy: Mr Michil Costa, who is the incredible animator of this unique event.
